Whether you are newly diagnosed or have a long standing diagnosis of Crohn’s or Colitis disease; you surely have experienced the need for emotional and physical support. How we express that need is as unique as your own fingerprint. You may feel that your needs are well met or you may feel you need to conceal your disease from others because you don’t want to feel like you are a burden. All of the emotions you experience regarding these diseases are valid and important. Come and meet with us at our next information networking meeting to  discuss and learn ways to get your life back on track, the importance of pacing your life and  seek health  from both medicine and lifestyle. We are all on a journey and how we participate on that trek is at the same time unique and universal.

This group will be led by Andrea Montoya PA-C  has over twenty years experience in treating people with chronic diseases. She is committed to treating each person as an individual and discovering their unique relationship with their diagnoses.
