Meet the Dietitians

Lauren Hogan, MS, RD

Lauren graduated with her Bachelor of Science in applied nutrition from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo, California. She attended Illinois State University for her dietetic internship and graduate program.

As a registered dietitian, Lauren has worked in the specialties of geriatric nutrition and menu systems, along with community nutrition education. She also has a deep background in nutrition counseling which has furthered her interest in disease prevention and management.

Lauren encourages food for both nourishment and enjoyment. She wants her clients to feel heard and cared for by fostering an environment where they are motivated to ask questions and learn.

Erin Manley, MS RD

Erin graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nutrition from Plattsburgh State University of New York. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in dietetics at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in clinical nutrition, including critical care, enteral, and parenteral nutrition. She is passionate about empowering individuals to improve their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance. Erin collaborates with patients to establish practical, sustainable goals that promote long-term health and manage acute symptoms.

Her tailored approach simplifies complex nutrition concepts and design strategies that align with each patient’s lifestyle. Erin also uses her expertise in healthcare analytics to optimize nutrition care and enhance outcomes. This approach keeps her current with the latest research and technologies and fosters continuous improvements in patient care.

Erin is committed to making a lasting impact on peoples’ health. She guides individuals toward their optimal well-being and empowers them to lead healthy, fulfilled lives.
