Cancellation / No Show Policy
In order to provide the most efficient scheduling to our patients, we need to keep appointment cancellation and “no show” activity to a minimum. In order to do this, we are implementing cancellation and “no-show” fees that will be charged to the patient if procedures are cancelled without proper advance notice, or if the patient does not show up for a scheduled office visit or procedure.
Office Visit Cancellation Notice Requirements:
Office Visit cancellations must be made three business days prior to your appointment.
Failure to provide the required advance notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Procedure Cancellation Notice Requirements:
Procedure cancellations must be made three business days prior to your appointment.
Failure to provide the required advance notice will result in a:
$50 Physician cancellation fee (from Gastroenterology of the Rockies)
$100 Facility cancellation fee (from the endoscopy center)
$150 Total Cancellation Fee (Physician + Facility cancellation fees)
As a courtesy, we make every effort to remind our patients of their upcoming office visits or procedures before the appointment date. It is your responsibility to provide us with the appropriate advance notice if you need to cancel an office visit or procedure. Cancellations can be made at ANY time by calling 303-604-5000.
