Dr. Seto did his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Medical City Fort Worth in Fort Worth, TX, where he served as Chief Fellow for his gastroenterology program. In his final year, he was voted “Fellow of the Year” by the residents and fellows from all the programs at Medical City Fort Worth, exemplifying congeniality, professionalism, and education. In addition to his passion about preventative medicine including screening and surveillance colonoscopies, and EGD’s, he has extra training in ERCP and advanced biliary interventions.

Matthew Seto, DO

Dr. Seto is a strong believer in patient education and allowing everyone to feel empowered and in control of their individual health. He believes that one of the best aspects of gastroenterology is to be able to prevent colon cancer via screening and surveillance colonoscopies, as well as preventing esophageal cancer that can arise from uncontrolled reflux.

Dr. Seto thrives in adversity and is always looking to challenge himself physically and mentally. This culminated in him completing an Ironman triathlon in 2015 as a way to celebrate the start of his gastroenterology fellowship. He continues to enjoy swimming, cycling, running, skiing, hiking, and camping. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
